Nicole Skovgard, Manager at Blue, Inc. earned a Most Improved award last month at our annual business conference. She received the award for enhancing her performance and climbing to the top of the rankings for her client. We all watched as she got up among her peers and accepted the award for all of her hard work. "Based on her hard work, she was the only one that deserved it.
