We love movies here at Blue, Inc and getting motivated and excited about our goals is something we love as well.  I saw this video and thought that the three speeches from the different movies were really great and definitely got us pumped up!

We have been talking a lot about our goals here at Blue, Inc.- what they are and how we are going to reach them.  I came across this article that talks about just that.  I know that for me, its not for the lack of having goals or a vision for my future that holds me back, its the follow through.  Finding that passion for your goals gives you the extra push that you need to accomplish what you put your mind to.  Its not enough to talk big about where you are going to go, you have to put those words into action!

Maybe, the most inspirational video ever . . .

I came across this video and the beginning part is a little cheesy, but the message is really good.  The video talks about how being successful is a decision; that we can have everything that we want if we decide to go get it.  It may seem impossible that if we simply decide on our future we will achieve it, but by making that decision our actions move towards that goal to help us achieve it.  I certainly got motivated by it, so check it out!
